REFUNDS All refunds for a single purchase product (a course, plan or one time consultation), excluding monthly payment subscription to continious consulting, are accepted within 30 days of the purchase date. After the 30 days, you may contact email@example.com explaining your query, but not guaranteed a refund.
After receiving your query and inspecting the situation, we will process your return. Please allow at least thirty (30) days from the receipt of your item to process your refund. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.
